Returns Terms and Conditions

We aim to provide high-quality automotive parts and excellent customer service. Please review the following Returns Terms and Conditions carefully before making a purchase.

  1. General

These Returns Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from our website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms regarding the return, cancellation, and refund of goods.

We recommend that customers review this policy before purchasing, particularly where products are made to order or vehicle-specific.

  1. Condition of Returned Goods
  • All parts must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in new, resalable condition.
  • Items showing evidence of fitting, use, modification, or damage (including to packaging) cannot be accepted for return or refund.
  • A copy of our Returns Label must be enclosed with your return to ensure proper identification and processing.
  • Returns not meeting these conditions may be refused or subject to a handling charge.
  1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or within 14 working days of receiving the goods.

To exercise this right:

  1. You can notify us by submitting the Contact Form on our website or by contacting our office directly by phone.
  2. Return the goods to us within a further 14 working days of notifying us of your intention to cancel. Include a copy of the completed Returns form with the parcel

For these purposes, working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Goods returned after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Non-Returnable and Special Order Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to their custom, electronic, or vehicle-specific nature. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Special order or custom-made parts
  • Left-hand drive (LHD) products
  • Keys, locks, or VIN-specific components
  • Electrical and electronic items (such as sensors, control units, ECUs, and lighting assemblies)

These items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been confirmed or dispatched.
This policy is designed to maintain safety, traceability, and product integrity for all automotive components.

  1. Refunds and Return Costs
  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs for unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or no-longer-required items.
  • Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the return conditions stated in Section 2.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving your return; however, during busy periods, processing times may be longer.
  • Once a refund has been issued, please allow 3–4 working days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
  1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Following inspection, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Return postage for confirmed faulty or incorrect items will be covered by us with a pre-paid label.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We do not accept liability for labour costs, consequential loss, or other expenses arising from the installation or removal of supplied parts.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that all parts are correct and suitable before installation.
  • Installation or use of incorrect parts may void any return or refund entitlement.
  1. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
